Chief Ortiz has been made aware of the unsustainable rate at which we are being deployed. We have emphasized how detrimental this is for morale and overall mental well-being. He has pledged to look at all options to help mitigate the impact of these deployments to include, sending K9s, increase Virtual Processing, preserving master leave, and expanding the roles of processing coordinators. He also suggested that he would look into planning deployments in 3 month windows to allow agents an opportunity to plan their lives.
