COVID Vaccine Mandate

On April 7, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in a 2-1 ruling, reversed the decision of a lower court, dismissing the lawsuit filed against the vaccine mandate. They ruled that the lower court did not have jurisdiction in the case and those challenging the requirement should have pursued administrative remedies under Civil Service law.
